Why was this project built?
Built to let a logistics company manage vehicle location, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and costs in one dashboard. The system aims to bring the growing operational complexity of an expanding fleet into a single real-time view.
What problem does it solve?
As a fleet grows, tracking vehicle use, fuel costs, and maintenance schedules in separate spreadsheets hides cost per kilometer and causes overdue maintenance. Delays lead to unplanned breakdowns, which in turn disrupt deliveries.
Who uses it?
Fleet managers, operations leads, maintenance coordinators, and executives.
Our solution
We combined active vehicle and driver tracking, fleet utilization, and average cost per kilometer in one dashboard, alongside related maintenance planning and fuel management modules. Maintenance reminders are triggered automatically based on mileage and date thresholds.
