Why was this project built?
Built to manage an inventory of more than 450 vehicles, three branches, and a sales advisor network on one platform, while digitizing lead generation, financing, and trade-ins. The goal was to help customers arrive at the dealership ready to decide, having already reviewed the vehicle, inspection report, and possible financing plan.
What problem does it solve?
Key challenges slowing sales included presenting current and reliable vehicle inventory, finding the right car quickly, managing loans and trade-ins manually, and lacking a centralized view of stock across multiple branches. Advisors could list the same car for sale at several branches at once, while loan offers were handled through back-and-forth phone calls.

Individual customers looking to buy or sell a vehicle, sales advisors, branch managers, and teams handling financing and trade-ins.
Our solution
We built a comprehensive public sales website and admin panel with advanced vehicle search, transparent inspections covering 250+ criteria, loan calculations integrated with 12 banks, trade-in valuations within 24 hours, and multi-branch and advisor management. Branch inventories sync centrally, so a sold vehicle disappears from every branch’s listings immediately.
