Project overview
Why was this project built?
Built to classify business documents in a digital archive and make them available to authorized users with version history and approval workflows. The system aims to move paper- and email-based approvals into a fully digital, traceable workflow.
What problem does it solve?
When contracts, invoices, and policies are scattered across folders, searching, tracking approvals and versions, and maintaining an audit trail become difficult. It was easy to lose track of which version had been approved in email chains, creating risk during audits.
Who uses it?
HR, legal, finance, and management departments; document approvers and archive managers.
Our solution
We brought a folder tree, category and tag system, full-text search, multi-stage approval workflows (including simulated e-signatures), and version-based diff comparison together on one platform. Every document edit is automatically saved as a new version that can be compared line by line with earlier versions.
