KuryeX — Location-Based Courier and Delivery Platform
A delivery platform with a live map, assignment engine, and state-machine workflows across three interfaces for customers, couriers, and dispatchers.
Built as a demonstration
This project was created to demonstrate product capabilities.

Project overview
Why was this project built?
Built to demonstrate order, assignment, and field tracking for courier operations through real algorithms—state machines, geofencing, and route optimization—on one platform. The goal was to automate much of the manual coordination burden on dispatchers.
What problem does it solve?
Delivery operations often use disconnected tools for order status, courier assignment, and live tracking, leaving dispatchers dependent on manual coordination. Finding a courier’s location required a phone call.
Who uses it?
Customers placing orders, field couriers, and dispatchers managing operations.
Our solution
We brought a state-machine order lifecycle, a courier assignment engine scored by skills, distance, and workload, multi-stop route optimization, and live map tracking together on one platform. The engine scores couriers to choose the best fit, not simply the closest.
- State-machine order lifecycle
- Score-based automatic courier assignment
- Multi-stop route optimization
- Geofence-based “courier nearby” notifications
- Digital signatures and photo delivery confirmation
- Live operations map for dispatchers
- Customer live tracking link and estimated arrival time
Features
Expected outcomes
- Automates order assignments based on skills and distance
- Gives dispatchers full live-map visibility
- Makes deliveries auditable with digital signatures
- Aims to reduce delivery times through route optimization
- Aims to reduce support calls with customer live tracking
