Why was this project built?
Built to manage teams that use different methodologies—some Scrum, some Kanban, and others traditional Gantt—in one platform. The goal was to monitor project health centrally regardless of the methodology each team prefers.
What problem does it solve?
Teams using different methodologies often rely on different tools, making it impossible to monitor project health in one place. Managers had to manually gather reports from three separate tools to understand project status.
Who uses it?
Project managers, Scrum teams, resource planners, and guest customers.
Our solution
We built a platform that shows the same task data in Kanban, Scrum, critical-path Gantt, and calendar views, with time tracking, earned value management (EVM), and resource balancing recommendations. Changes in one view appear immediately across the others.
