Project overview
Why was this project built?
Built to manage recruiting, onboarding, performance, and payroll for a 438-person logistics company on one platform with connected modules. The goal was to keep the entire employee lifecycle—from hire to departure—in a single dataset.
What problem does it solve?
HR workflows are often spread across separate tools, making metrics such as turnover and labor costs difficult to view in real time. Calculating a department’s true labor cost required combining data from three systems.
Who uses it?
HR directors, HR specialists, payroll specialists, department managers, and employee self-service users.
Our solution
We brought the entire employee lifecycle together, from applicant tracking and digital onboarding to OKR/360-degree reviews and a payroll engine aligned with Turkish labor law. The payroll engine automatically includes leave and overtime data in its calculations.
