Why was this project built?
Built to bring remote consultations at hospitals and clinics onto secure, auditable infrastructure aligned with international health data standards. The goal was to support a complete clinical workflow beyond video calls.
What problem does it solve?
Many telemedicine solutions provide video calls but lack a standardized data model integrated with patient records, e-prescriptions, and SGK workflows. This disconnect can keep the outcome of a remote visit from being properly recorded in a patient’s permanent health record.
Who uses it?
Patients, doctors, clinic secretaries, and healthcare administrators.
Our solution
We brought a four-step telemedicine workflow—from appointment to billing—together with real peer-to-peer WebRTC calls, an FHIR R4 data model, KVKK-compliant consent management, and simulated Medula/MHRS integrations. The FHIR R4 data model lets patient records move between compatible healthcare systems.
